  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    In a double boiler, cook all ingredients except butter until thick.

    Remove from heat and add butter.

    Chill.

    This will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
