- 1 roll Pillsbury refrigerated slice and bake cookies
- 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
- 3/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1Slice cookie dough into 1/4-inch slices.

2Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

3Press dough over bottom and 3/4-inch up sides of pan.

4In medium bowl, combine pudding mix, pecans, syrup, milk and egg.

5Mix well.

6Pour into crust.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
