- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 stick oleo
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and salt.

2In saucepan combine water, oleo, cocoa and Crisco oil; bring to a boil.

3Add to flour mixture.

4Add eggs, buttermilk and baking soda.

5Pour on cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes in 350° oven.
