    Mix all ingredients except Kisses and refrigerate for 2 hours. Wrap 1 tablespoon of dough around Hug or Kiss, wrapping into a ball.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Cool slightly.

    Shake in Baggie with confectioners sugar.

    Shake when ready to serve.
