- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped scallions
Directions

1Trim and separate cauliflower into flowerets and cook in a large saucepan in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes, or until tender but still crisp.

2Drain; let cool.

3Combine in a small bowl the cauliflower, grated cheese and scallions.

4Toss this mixture with the sauce.
