- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 12-14 c. flour
Directions

1Combine dry yeast, water and 2 tsp. sugar and set aside. Combine oil, sugar, water and salt.

2Add the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour until a soft dough.

3Let rise until double; punch down and let rise again.

4Punch down and put into pans or make into balls about the size of golf balls.

5Let rise overnight in a cool place.

6Bake at 400 for 10 - 12 minutes for rolls.
