- 1 can Alaskan salmon
- 1 egg
- corn meal mix
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Empty salmon into large bowl.

2Skin and remove bones from salmon.

3In separate bowl, whip egg.

4Pour into salmon and mix well.

5Add enough corn meal mix to make consistent.

6Cover spooned salmon lightly with corn meal mix.

7Place into large skillet with hot vegetable oil.

8Fry on medium to medium-high heat until brown on both sides.

9Watch closely as it will burn easily. Be sure to keep plenty of oil in skillet at all times.
