Ingredients
- 5 to 6 c. flour
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. softened margarine
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.

2Stir well to blend.

3Add softened margarine.

4Add hot water to bowl, all at once.

5Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl.

6Add eggs and 1 cup more flour.

7Beat with mixer at high for 1 minute or until thick and elastic.

8Add enough remaining flour until dough leaves sides of bowl.

9Knead 5 to 10 minutes.

10Cover and let rest 20 minutes. Punch down.

11Shape and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.

12To bake, remove from refrigerator.

13Let stand 10 minutes.

14Bake at 350° to 375° for 20 minutes.
