  • smoked sausage
  • new potatoes
  • onions
  • carrots
  • corn-on-the-cob
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    In large steam pot, with 2 inches water, break corn cobs in half and stack upright in bottom of pan.

    Quarter new potatoes and layer over top of corn.

    Quarter onions and layer over top of potatoes.

    Cut carrots in sticks or slices and layer over onions. Slice smoked sausage in discs and layer over carrots.

    Cover with lid to pot and bring water to rolling boil.
  6. 6
    Let ingredients steam for 20 minutes or until everything seems to be soft.
  7. 7
    Serve as complete dinner.
