- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Heat together for a few minutes and pour over cooked carrots, onion and pepper.

2Cover good so steam can't get out as this cooks the onion and pepper.
