- 7 c. sliced carrots
- 1 med. onion, sliced in rings
- 1 med. green, yellow or red pepper sliced in rings
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
Directions

1Cover the carrots with water and cook 7 minutes ONLY!

2Drain. While the carrots are cooking mix other ingredients together. Pour this over the drained carrots, tossing real good.

3Put in refrigerator and this is good for 4 weeks.

4The longer it is in the fridge the better it tastes.
