- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 5 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 3 c. 151 proof (dark) rum
Directions

1With a hammer or mallet, crack open the coconuts.

2They should break into several pieces.

3Place pieces in the oven and heat for 5 minutes at a low setting.

4This will make it easier to remove the coconut skin from the shell.

5With a small paring knife, remove coconut from the shell.

6Discard shell.
