  • 1 pint water
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 15 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 pint spiced rum

    Boil cinnamon sticks in water until water turns yellow and smells like cinnamon. Remove sticks and return to low heat. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks, evaporated milk, condensed milk. Add mixture to cinnamon water and cook over medium/low heat stirring constantly to avoid sticking and bring to a boil. After it has been boiling for 2 minutes, add cream of coconut and rum. Stir well and remove from heat. Refrigerate before serving and refrigerate leftovers as well.
