- 1 pint water
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 15 oz cream of coconut
- 1 pint spiced rum
Directions

1Boil cinnamon sticks in water until water turns yellow and smells like cinnamon. Remove sticks and return to low heat. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks, evaporated milk, condensed milk. Add mixture to cinnamon water and cook over medium/low heat stirring constantly to avoid sticking and bring to a boil. After it has been boiling for 2 minutes, add cream of coconut and rum. Stir well and remove from heat. Refrigerate before serving and refrigerate leftovers as well.
