  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 6 thin slices ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Flatten chicken; sprinkle with salt and pepper on each chicken.

    Place slice of cheese and ham on chicken.

    Roll up and secure with toothpicks.

    Beat egg yolks and water.

    Dip chicken and roll in bread crumbs.

    Fry in butter and oil.

    Brown each side.

    Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
