- 2 chicken breasts, halved
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 thin slices ham
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 servings cooked rice
Directions

1Fill halved breasts with slice of ham and slice of cheese. Roll chicken breasts up.

2Place in a 1-quart baking dish.

3Grate up remainder of cheese.

4Spread over breasts with the mushroom soup. Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

5Serve over rice. (Can be made ahead and frozen.)
