  • 1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn (white)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Drain corn and beans.

    Mix all together and put in 12 x 9-inch pan.

    Top with 1 stick melted oleo and 1/2 small box of Cheez-Its crackers, crushed and mixed together.

    Put on top of corn and beans.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
