  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 stick melted oleo
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour

    Set aside 1 cup of cake mix.

    Mix together remaining cake mix with 1 egg and 1 stick oleo (melted).

    Combine pumpkin, 2 eggs, milk and pumpkin spice.

    Combine with first mixture.

    Put into 9 x 13-inch pan with 1 cup cake mix, add remaining ingredients.

    Put on top of pumpkin batter and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
