- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 lb. fresh crab meat
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style white corn
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- pinch of mace
- red pepper to taste
- white pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
Directions

1Melt butter in large pot.

2Add flour; blend.

3Add onions.

4Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

5Add crab meat, half and half, corn, potato soup, Worcestershire, mace and pepper.

6Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

7Just before serving, add cheese, parsley and green onions.
