- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can okra, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 12 cup tofu, diced
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup milk
Directions

1Combine okra, corn, broth, tofu, celery and onion in large saucepan.

2Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes until heated through.

3Add milk, salt and pepper to taste.

4Reduce heat to low.

5Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes until soup is heated through, stirring occasionally.

6Do not boil, or milk may separate.
