- 1 egg
- 1 small box Minute rice
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- cheese
Directions

1Brown chopped onion in butter.

2Add corn, bell pepper and pimientos.

3Prepare rice as directed on box.

4Add rice to corn; stir in 1 egg, sugar, salt and pepper.

5Top with grated cheese. Place in a 300° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
