  • 1 5 oz. pkg. yellow rice mix
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 stick of butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. mild cheese grated
  • 1 large can whole kernel corn

Directions

    Cook rice according to directions on pkg.

    Add other ingredients to rice, pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes.

    This can be made ahead of time and freeze.
