- 1 5 oz. pkg. yellow rice mix
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. mild cheese grated
- 1 large can whole kernel corn
Directions

1Cook rice according to directions on pkg.

2Add other ingredients to rice, pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes.
