  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can pink salmon
  • 2 slices wheat bread
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/8 spoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Open can of salmon.

    Get all the skin and bones out, then mix salmon and corn together.

    Get your bread and break into tiny pieces; put half of it in salmon and corn mix and put other half on top of corn and salmon loaf.

    Mix all the other ingredients. Bake on 300° for 1/2 hour to 1 hour until it plum back in center.
