  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
  • 2 sticks oleo, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar (do not delete)
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Combine in large bowl creamed corn, whole kernel corn, oleo, sour cream, eggs, sugar and muffin mix.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
