- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

2Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Top with crushed cornflakes, if you would like, and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
