  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Top with crushed cornflakes, if you would like, and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
