- 1 can whole corn (don't drain)
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Saute onion in oleo.

2Beat eggs.

3Add corn, muffin mix and onion.

4Pour into baking dish.

5Top with sour cream and cheese. Bake at 350° for about 30 to 35 minutes.
