- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. carrots
- 2 c. frozen veggies
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 gal. water
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon
Directions

1Put all veggies in pan; cover with water and simmer until tender.

2In a large kettle, melt 1 stick butter.

3Add 1 cup flour slowly and work out all the lumps.

4Then slowly add 1/2 gallon water and cook until thick.

5Drain veggies and add to broth.

6Add browned hamburger, stewed tomatoes, pepper, Accent and beef bouillon.

7Cook until tender (medium heat).
