- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 14 oz. can whole corn
- 14 oz. can creamed corn
Directions

1Drain whole corn.

2Melt butter and add to sour cream in a bowl.

3Add eggs, Jiffy mix and both corns.

4Mix well.

5Pour in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

6Bake 40 minutes at 375°.

7Cut into squares to serve.
