- 225 g corned beef, cut into chunks
- 450 g Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons lard or 3 tablespoons drippings
- 1 egg
Directions

1Serves four.

2Mix the corned beef, Simply Potatoes diced potatoes with onion, Worcestershire sauce with a fork, in a large bowl.

3Heat 2 tbsp of the lard or dripping in a large frying pan.

4Place the hash into the fat and spread it consistently with a spatula.

5Cook for about five minutes or until a crust has formed on the bottom of the hash.

6Place a same size plate over the frying-pan and turn the hash onto the plate.

7Add another teaspoon of fat into the empty pan and slide the hash back into the pan with the crust now on top.

8Meanwhile, crack 4 eggs onto a frying pan and cook until the yolk is of desired temperature.

9Cook hash another five minutes, until that side now has a crust.

10Slice into triangular portions and slide a fried egg on top.
