- 2 eggs
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 can (8 oz.) cream-style corn
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
Directions

1In a large bowl, beat eggs.

2Add sour cream, oil, and corn; mix well.

3Stir in cornmeal just until combined.

4Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch round pan.

5Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes or until bread tests done.

6Cool 10 minutes in a pan before removing to a wire rack.

7Yield: 6-8 servings.
