  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. shortening

    Add egg, milk and shortening. Beat with eggbeater until smooth.
