- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. frozen corn
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.

2Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

3Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.

4Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
