Ingredients

  • 4 c. corn meal mix
  • 2 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • buttermilk to make a medium to thin mix

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients together first, then add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Bake in greased and floured 10-inch iron skillet at 450° until brown and tests done with toothpick.
