- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix corn meal, flour, egg and buttermilk until creamy.

2Blend. Pour vegetable oil into pan.

3Coat bottom of pan.

4Pour remaining oil into mixture and stir.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
