  • 3/4 c. yellow corn meal
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. melted margarine or use squeeze bottle margarine
  • 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. salt
