  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil

Directions

    Put 2 tablespoons of oil in pan to coat it.

    Combine rest of ingredients, including rest of oil.

    Mix well and pour in oil. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
