- 1 large egg
- 1/3 c. Crisco
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- dash of salt
Directions

2Mix with sugar, corn, sour cream and Crisco.

4Grease heavy cast-iron frying pan.

5Coat with dry corn meal.

6Pour ingredients into pan.
