  • 3 slices stale bread
  • 1 turkey/chicken neck and giblets (can use bouillon)
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bunch celery
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
