  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Blend first 3 ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix oil and eggs and add to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened, then stir in pecans last. Pour in sheet pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Cut in squares when cool.
