- 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole style corn, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except cheese.

2Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

3Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

4Top with cheese, if desired, and bake for 10 minutes more.
