- 1 stick butter
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole corn, drained
Directions

1Melt a stick of butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2In a bowl, beat together the sour cream, eggs and corn muffin mix. Then add creamed corn and whole corn (drained).

3Pour this mixture into the 9 x 13-inch pan with melted butter.

4The butter will go to the sides, so stir the butter through the mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
