Corn Bread Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 small pan baked corn bread
  • 5 or 7 slices white bread
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • salt, pepper and sage to taste
  • 1 or 2 eggs, beaten
  • broth from boiling chicken or you may use canned

Directions

    Break up bread and add other ingredients.

    (Use enough broth to make mixture very moist, even soggy.)

    Pour into baking dish and bake at 325° for 30 or 40 minutes.
