  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine or chicken fat
  • 5 c. corn bread crumbs
  • 2 c. dry bread, toasted and crumbled
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 egg, beaten well
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Cook celery and onions in butter until tender.

    Add to bread crumbs, then add giblet broth to moisten.
