Ingredients
- 5 to 6 c. chicken or turkey broth
- 1 pan corn bread
- 7 to 8 biscuits
- 2 to 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cook onion and celery in broth only for 5 minutes.

2Crumble corn bread and biscuits with pepper and sage.

3Add to mixture, stirring until all bread is moist and soft.

4Add chopped boiled eggs; turn by hand for 1 to 2 minutes.

5Dressing should be rather soft.

6Pour in a 2-quart baking dish and cook at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes.
