- 4 c. crumbled corn bread
- 4 slices toasted bread, crumbled
- 1 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 6 eggs
- 1 large stalk celery, diced
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- pepper to taste
- 3 large onions, diced
- salt and sage to taste
Directions

1Mix corn bread and toast bread with chicken stock.

2Add enough so mixture will not be stiff.

3Add eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole.

4Bake slowly for 1 hour.

5The already cooked chicken from stock can be arranged in corn bread dressing.
