- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 pan corn bread, cooled and crumbled
- 6 c. soft bread cubes
- 3 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 c. celery slices
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine; add to combined remaining ingredients.

2Toss lightly, mixing well.

3Place in a 3-quart casserole; cover.

4Bake at 325° for about 1 hour.

5Or, lightly stuff dressing into body cavity and neck region of a 16 to 18 pound turkey and roast according to standard roasting directions.
