Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising meal (yellow if you like)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda/salt
- 2 c. plain nonfat yogurt or buttermilk
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- whites of 4 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Lightly grease a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.

3Mix flour, meal, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in large bowl.

4Stir in yogurt, oil and egg whites.

5Spread in prepared pan.

6Bake 20 minutes or until light brown and a pick inserted in center comes out clean.

7Place pan on rack to cool. Leave corn bread uncovered overnight to dry out.

8Cut in 1 inch cubes and store airtight at room temperature.

9Can be frozen; use as needed.
