  • 2/3 c. whole wheat flour or pulverized oats (in blender)
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed (optional)
  • 1 2/3 c. nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. canola oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
