- 2/3 c. whole wheat flour or pulverized oats (in blender)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/4 c. sesame seed (optional)
- 1 2/3 c. nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. canola oil
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients.

3Stir wet with dry just until blended.

4Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 350° for approximately 12 to 15 minutes .
