- 1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 3/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 4 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 2/3 c. water
- 1 lb. bulk sausage, fried and drained
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions

1In large skillet, cook mushrooms, celery and onions in margarine until tender.

2Add water and bouillon.

3Cook until bouillon dissolves.

4In large bowl combine mushroom mixture and remaining ingredients; mix well.

5Loosely stuff turkey just before roasting, if desired.

6Place remaining stuffing in greased baking pan.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot.

8Refrigerate leftovers.
