- 2 c. cornmeal
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 chopped onions
- butter
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- salt and pepper to taste
- turkey stock
Directions

1Sift together cornmeal, salt, baking powder and soda.

2Add eggs and milk.

3Mix well.

4Pour in baking pan.

5Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.

6Allow corn bread to cool.

7Break into pieces.

8Saute celery and onions in butter.

9Add to bread along with spices. Moisten with turkey stock.
