- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 1 3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 c. snipped parsley
- 3 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 10 c. corn bread, crumbled
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1In large skillet, melt butter.

2Add onion and celery; saute until transparent, but not brown.

3Remove from heat.

4Add walnuts, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and crumbled corn bread. Mix well; cool.

5Stir in eggs; toss.

6Stuff lightly into turkey. Makes enough for 10 to 12-pound turkey.
